1.System Workflow

2.System Hardware Introduction

The system mainly needs hardware to complete functions such as card issuance, card reading and card writing. The hardware needs are as follows:

A. Card issuer

It is specially designed for RFID tag issuance, enabling fast card issuance. Has anti-jamming properties.

B. RFID reader

It is a high-performance product that supports simultaneous reading of multiple tags and multiple protocols. Supports 4 external antennas at the same time, reducing antenna input costs.

C. External Antenna

The system uses a circularly polarized antenna, so the effect of reading and writing tags is not affected by the location of the tag, and the working distance is 5-7 meters.

D. RFID Laundry Tag

The system uses laundry labels designed for the laundry industry. The label is packed with rubber material, waterproof, high strength, bendable, high temperature resistant, washable, etc.

3.System function modules and functions

It is mainly composed of the following 8 functional modules: counter collection, counter picking, laundry handover, clothing inventory, clothing query, clothing statistics, customer management, and system settings.

A. Counter reception

This module includes a card issuing machine and a counter for receiving clothes functional modules.
